Our warranty guarantees that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period starting from the date of purchase. If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & SHIPPING

To claim a replacement, submit a Return Request utilizing the instructions found in our Return Policy Failed warranty items will only be shipping to the original shipping address provided at the time of checkout at THE BIOMED GUYS expense and replaced free of charge.

NON-COMFORMING PRODUCTS:

If a product does not meet manufacturer specifications, submit a Supplier Quality Notice. The Buyer and Supplier will work together to set a clear timeline to resolve the issue.

SOLE REMEDY:

If a product is defective or non-conforming, the only Supplier obligation is to replace the item and cover the replacement shipping costs.

EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is void if the product has been misused, neglected, abused beyond documented guidelines, or repaired/altered by anyone other than the Supplier.
