Coverage:
We warrant that products are free from material defects and conform to official specifications for the durations listed in the coverage chart below.


Warranty Claims & Shipping:
To claim a replacement, submit a Warranty Replacement Notice with details of the affected products. Failed warranty items will be shipped to a US address at the Supplier’s expense and replaced free of charge.


Non-Conforming Products:
If a product does not meet manufacturer specifications, submit a Supplier Quality Notice. The Buyer and Supplier will work together to set a clear timeline to resolve the issue.


Sole Remedy:
If a product is defective or non-conforming, the Supplier’s only obligation is to replace the item and cover the replacement shipping costs.


Exclusions:
This warranty is void if the product has been misused, neglected, abused beyond documented guidelines, or repaired/altered by anyone other than the Supplier.
