NON-COMFORMING PRODUCTS: If a product does not meet manufacturer specifications, submit a Supplier Quality Notice. The Buyer and Supplier will work together to set a clear timeline to resolve the issue. SOLE REMEDY: If a product is defective or non-conforming, the only Supplier obligation is to replace the item and cover the replacement shipping costs.
