RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase!

 

We hope you are happy with your purchase.

 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

1.   Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
2.   Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
3.   You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your item back.


RETURN PROCESS

 

All returns must start from the customer account.

THE BIOMED GUYS can not iniciate a return on behalf of a customer.

Please follow the instructions below.

 

How to Start a Return

 

If you have an account:

 

1.    Sign In
2.   Go to My Account > Orders
3.   Select the order and click Return Items

5.   Complete Return Form
4.   Submit the request

 

If you checked out as a guest:

 

1.     You must create an account here

2.    After creating your account, please email us with your full name, address and order number.

3.    We will link your order to your account, we will notify you when this has been completed.

4.    At that time, you will need to follow the instrustions above for customers with an account.

REPARE YOUR RETURN

 

After your return is approved:

 

1.     Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging if available.
2.    Include your order confirmation or packing slip inside the box
3.    Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

 

Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it's complete.

 

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
